My challenge to any Ethiopian Traveler ,Find a restaurant with more interesting decorations, better food, cleaner environment, and friendlier and more personable wait staff in Ethiopia. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by one of the four sisters who own and run the restaurant, to our last sip of an Ethiopian wine, the experience was magical. The ceiling and walls of the restaurant are decorated in beautiful bright colors that help recreate images of one of Gondor's oldest churches. The food is available buffet style but is constantly replenished and made fresh. One is thoroughly entertained watching a musician playing an ancient stringed instrument, an Ethiopian coffee ceremony, or simply staring at the walls or ceiling. There are so many things to savor in this restaurant that you leave after several hours, feeling you're just not done. Lunch is the best time to go. Don't forget to greet each of the four sisters before you leave.
