Good hotel, but spoiled by the hardness of the bed!! My wife and I had sore hips for days. Informed staff when checking out, but no interest was shown. Good location and breakfast was OK. Hard to get wet in the shower!

Great surprise after a day riding dirt roads from Chile and just before visiting Salar de Uyuni. Staff was very friendly but there was no attention in English at that time.

Wi-fi signal was best at the lobby - not so good in the room.

Great breakfast!

we stayed one night in a double room with private bathroom

+ cozy and well furnished room, very clean
+ free wifi
+ good breakfast
+ well situated in a quiet area (5' walk to the center where all agencies are situated)

what could be improved in our view:
- make sure that the hot water works at all times
- make sure that guests will be heared also during electricity cuts
- place a sign at the door that the real door is behind the "first" door
- try to be a bit more charming when guests arrive

our conclusion: although not the best value for money probably, we recommend it (since there are not many real alternatives). we would stay here again

This is a small property but the rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. There is a radiator in the room. I was very concerned for the cold but I did not use it in May. Wi-fi is only in the lobby and there is no computer for customers’ use. Staff speaks very little English or none. Breakfast is good and generous. It is a little bit pricy but you can stay there after the 3-day tour if you want to treat yourself.

A transit hotel, here to go to Salt Flat and for no other reason. Get in late and leave early which is fine.

Hotel basic services. Frustrated that our print out confirmation of a matrimonial bed was met with indifference. Given a double but she was without care that the room was not what we were confirmed to have. Set off a bad tune.

Rooms and bathroom quite large and feels empty since basic furniture. Heater takes a while to warm up the room so turn on well in advance, it does help though. Hot water, and provide shampoo and soap. Nice touch that 2 bottles of water are provided! Room themselves are fine just spare...really need more then one outlet in the room (one in the bathroom). This mattress on a wood frame, creaks all the time

Hallways echo sounds especially people rolling their suitcases on the tiles. Voices carry.

Breakfast is from 730-10 mostly continental choices and self yourself with little service. Woman there was very nice and tried to be quick, but basically overwhelmed I think, since everyone at breakfast roughly the same time (especially if a group is here.

Weak wifi from breakfast area (not in rooms). But was happy to have since going into salt flats will be completely off the grid.

Didnt like all their warnings on the back of the door (don't smoke, don't wash clothes in sink/bath, dont move the heater, etc..). Not very welcoming.

Overall OK. It's basic and you will have to overpay for what you get since the area has limited options.

We arrived on the evening train, the heater was already on in the room and we could keep it on all night. The beds had fleecy sheets & plenty of layers to help keep warm. Shower was hot, best shower I've had in Bolivia. Breakfast room had a small gas heater which struggled to heat the room, but better than no heater at all. Customer service not great, but it didn't matter, we stayed warm!

We liked the basic indian style but not the lack of heating. A tiny little electric heating device could not warm up the room as we hoped for. No heating in bath room. Problems with electricity in bath room. The maintenance guy arrived instantly but couldn't help. Next morning he did the repair that did only last for 1 flip of the light switch.

4 degrees inside the building but warm blankets.

Room Tip: Still may be the best in town. Be aware you are at the end of the world ( or at least it feels that...
