Great place to stop! Staff is really friendly. Kids loved the homemade Mac-n-Cheese. Cali BLT And Ham and bean soup was delish.

The one restaurant you must visit before you meet your maker ( as we say down south). All I can say is come with a big appetite. Please try the twin lobster tails on Seafood Tuesday. Come early as there is no place to park after 5 PM. The Hot Springs Village locals will take over the place. Nicest bunch of folks but they eat well. So if you want an excellent place to eat, just ask the locals and everyone will say HOME PLATE. Just outside the Village main entrance and about 1/2 a mile north on highway 7. My husband ordered the butterfly shrimp and loved it. He said the onion rings were great. But DO NOT MISS OUT ON AUNDREA'S CREME BRULEE...NOTHING LIKE IT IN THE WORLD. It truly melts in your mouth.

While visiting the area, my husband and I noticed that this place seemed to always be packed no matter what time of day it was, so we decided to try it out. The menu had a good variety and seemed to be a lot of good home cooking. The food was delicious and the service was great.

We visited here on a recent vacation in Hot Springs Village and found this place on reviews. We had a good visit here. Good food and service helped. The menu most resembles a meat and three that is found throughout the South, though there are also other options as well. Wile visiting Hot Springs Village, try to come here for a meal.
