“Amazing garden.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 8, 2014

Another great example of integrated landscape created by a local artist
Cesar Manrique. Walking the winding cobbled paths that connect various areas of the garden makes you really understand the talent of Cesar. The cactus garden maintaining more than 1,400 different species
from such places as: Kenya, Tanzania, Madagaskar, Peru, Chile, USA
and Canary Islands. It's worth seeing.

“Unexpected surprise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2013

A cactus garden with thousands of cacti? I wasn't at all sure what to expect but was bowled over by the imagination of Cesar Manrique to create this amazing garden out of cactuses of all shapes and sizes from all over the world totally integrated with the lava landscape. Another truly magical Manrique creation and one of the destinations on the combined discount ticket you can buy.

Another César Manrique attraction that we loved. We spent hours wondering around and taking photographs. Well worth visiting but look for the multipass which you can use on the other offical César Manrique attractions.

“Well worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 26, 2013

A great place to wile away a couple of hours. It might not sound too exciting but surprisingly it is. We came by car and there is a car park on site. There were a couple of younger visitors on the day we went and they seemed completely fascinated by the different cacti and there are some truly wonderful specimens to see. Easy to get around, it is not a big site so anyway. There is a cafe where we had drinks but people were eating and seemed happy enough. Not a lot of shade so maybe a hat in summer might be a good idea. A great site to break up a day of sightseeing in the car.
