I'm not a cactus expert but this garden is still something to be enthusiastic about. There is a huge variety of cacti and suculents displayed here. The garden is beautifully laid out as you would expect from a project by Cesar Manrique. An old quarry has been landscaped with terraces leading up to a restored windmill at the top. The ticket kiosk and small waiting rooms at the entrance fit in very well - another example of Manrique's ability to set buildings into their environment without allowing them to dominate. I think this is a worthwhile visit when you are in Lanzarote.
