Quite a drive to get there, but it is a beautiful area with the salt pans that you drive past. Something different to the desert around the corner. There is an old wooden bridge that you have to walk on to get to the cross and once on the top, it is just breathtaking with the sea around you. There are campsites available and a restaurant but we went their in off season so it was closed.
