On a hot afternoon visit the uphills were challenging, but everything is so interesting it is easy to overcome the heat-fatigue. Good sightings of Indri Indri and a large parsons nose Chameleon. Highlight was a short sighting of a golden bamboo lemur after a challenging uphill scramble. Excellent spotters made this possible.
The forest, like the other forest areas in the Andasibe area is just enchanting.
