“Good locations, average products”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 15, 2012

I stopped by the one in Altamira as it is very central to everything. They have a lot of items, ok, but they are just average in quality. The sandwichs and salads are mediocre and the price is not. Also, the lines during lunch are huge and you can easily spend 20 to 30 minutes there waiting...

Now, they are a bakery too so why not open early at 6:30 or 7:00 am?

Lots to improve. I don´t say avoid it, on the contraire, but don´t expect too much from it.

The breakfast are very. Some times is crowded.. so it turns a nightmare... but the food in general is tasty! You must have breakfast there!

“Best Restaurant in Town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 10, 2012

Over the summer I flew from Cincinnati, Ohio to Caracas, Venezuela. There were so many wonderful things to do there and from the moment we touched down we were on the run, trying to balance work and play. We managed to make time each night to go out to dinner, all together. With the help of a friend that lived in the area we found Migas. We went there the very first night and returned every night for the week we were there. The prices were reasonable; not necessarily cheap, but average from what we saw. The food was great. I didn’t hear a single complaint the whole time we were there, and the serving sizes were huge compared to some of the other restaurants we visited. Make sure to order a milkshake if you go because they have the best milkshakes I have ever tasted. The service was quick and polite. Even though we had a large group and none of us spoke fluent Spanish, they were patient and always managed to get us what we wanted. The best by far about this place though is the atmosphere. From the moment we walked in the door the upbeat energy excited everyone. We came during an important soccer tournament and there was always a game on. The amount of nationalism and pride they showed about their team was greatly reflected as we all came together in Migas and cheered them on to victory. In all, if you ever go to Caracas, make Migas a must on your list. With great food, service, reasonable prices, and an upbeat atmosphere it is one of the most fun places to eat in the city.

“Nice but not great”

The best Are the shakes and the pancaques. The best it would be going to a miga's restaurant located in a mall, because is impossible to park in a local outside a mall.
