Visited Pico de Gallo on Thursday night for dinner. First week open and the place was bustling by the time we departed an hour later. Had the Chicken Enchiladas in the mole sauce. DElisious! The mole sauce was deep and smokey rich without being heavy. The enchiladas were fresh and flavorful, but the mole was the star for me. Entre only this time I’m afraid. Will have the flan on my next visit. Can’t wait until margaritas make it onto the menu.
