Had lunch there. Average lunch fare - burger was pan fried instead of grilled. Facing the street so it was loud as many motorcycles and cars were passing by that day. Server was attentive and helpful.

Great service, very reasonably priced and the menu offers large choice of tasty options.
They also have a wonderful terrace that will allow for nice meals on the hot summer days. It is right across the Baie St Paul church.

Contrary to the last review, we found this restaurant to be very good. First, we were nicely welcomed by the waitress. It was early in the evening, so there were not many patrons yet and since it was on a week night in March, we did not expect the place to be packed. We were served a nice loaf of warm fresh bread. Then, we ordered an entree of squids which was served promptly. Afterwards, we had a big plate of mussels and fries and a bottle of red wine. Everything was fine and we were even served a a second loaf of bread without asking. The fries were tasty and lean and the wine was affordable and not too pricey in its category. For under a 100$ with tip, it was well worth it. Great service, good food, honest price, what else could you ask for in Baie St-Paul?

Here's some reasons why:
- Mood = Bad
- Service = Awful
Be careful to the "Raclette", they charge for the cheese without telling you. In our case 35$ wasted in something we were never aware of. No need to explain yourself, argue or complain, they don't care.
Not recommended at all.

Ordered duck fondue (for two). The English menu indicated "marinades" with it. Little I knew they meant pickled vegetables. Didn't pair well with the duck fondue. Mushrooms were also supposed to be present - found one quarter...seemed pickled too. Would rather have some pieces of fresh veggies to cook in broth (including mushrooms). The duck was too little for two people. Nicely sliced and very tasty. Drink and ice cream were supposed to be included in the kids meal. We were charged for them on the bill. Service was good. Disappointingly no cheese plater offered.
