As most hotels from Parsian group not very new, but nice and clean. I remeber room was very small and had red color, was hard to rest in red room). Staff is very polite and helpful, as we were travelling with car they gave us free parking.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 night.all facilities and accommodation is in average level.it is suitable just for having bed for sleep.food and breakfast was not in good quality.accessibility to city center is good and of course billiard room is good to spend times.

Like most hotels we tried in Iran, everything was quite old and it felt like stepping back in time. The air conditioning in the room is more like an air circle that cannot be adjusted much.
However it was overall clean. Did not enjoy breakfast very much but again, in line with other places and overall thought it was OK.

Stayed 4 nights at $42 a night in a single room (which was closer to $50 after the local conversion - 5,000,000 Rials) Relatively spacious and bed was comfortable with a bit of give. Soft pillow eventually found in the cupboard. Decor is dated but a pretty relaxed feel all round. Free breakfast was OK but nothing special. Pretty good location within walking distance or a 50/100 Rial taxi fare to main sights. Internet cafe and coffee shop on 2nd floor. WIFI is not free but worked well in room when it was working (ring 208 if it needs to be rebooted). Staff had passable English and were helpful at all times. 120,000 Rials for transfer to airport.

I stayed at this hotel last year and found it reasonable. It was neat and tidy but the decor is very dated and unlike the other Parsian hotels I have stayed in (Isfahan and Chalos?). Shiraz is beautiful so barely stayed in the hotel except to sleep! Location is ok too, few shops nearby where you can get essentials.
