“I really want to visit this hotel again”
Reviewed December 24, 2012

very clean, warm even in December when I visited, have a beautiful relaxed restaurant. Although the best thing I liked here, is that the staffs are so nice. They are so helpful about everything such as telling me the place where I should go, some Persian words to speak, exact explanation of how to get to the bus station on my way to next city. Last thing to add, check out time is 2pm!

me and my wife were looking for a hotel in the histrocial part, tired of searching, that a driver showed us this hotel. at the time of entrance , we were warmly welcomed, it was marvelous with iranian architecture , every thing was new to us, the staff were very friendly and their English was fluent, it was a new experience for us , we enjoyed ourselves , the price was fair and the food tasted great. we recommend it!

Room Tip: room on the roof has a better view

Styaed here for a couple of nights. Nice spacious rooms overlooking a central courtyard which serves as a breakfast/dinner sitting area for hotel guests. Can get a little noisy during the evening but usually quietens down by 11pm-midnight. Service was fairly good - the hotel sent staff to the room promptly when requested to change light fittings etc. Good location near Zand Complex.

Niayesh is located in the alleys of old Shiraz and is walking distance to most of the city's many attractions. The staff are friendly and speak very good English, there is a large courtyard in the centre that doubles as a traditional teahouse and serves a good selection of reasonably priced food, hookah, and drinks. The facilities are good - the showers are hot; Internet is available and is free but can be quite slow.

It is easy to organize tours to Persepolis through Pars tours for an ok price. Our guide was really good!

Overall I think it's one of the best value hotels we stayed in in Iran and there can be a good backpacker vibe as well (we were there in low season and it was still a pretty social place).

Nice and clean, good breakfast. The two things that did take away from it were the dodgy wifi connection (which only worked in some parts of the hotel) and the crampedness of my room. My room would have been fine with a single, or even a small double, instead it had a seriously big bed that I had to climb over to get from the door into the rest of the room - most odd!

Not all the rooms were like this, so I think there are probably good options available.

The hotel is in a good location near the town centre and near the main sightseeing spots, however it can be difficult to find - even with several existing signs - as it's located in a narrow alley in a old quarter.
It has a nice courtyard where you can relax for a while and have some nice meals. The restaurant and breakfast service could be better, if the staff had more initiative on cleaning the tables and replacing food, but it was a nice breakfast and the meals were ok.
Most of the rooms are facing the courtyard. The room I got was really small. To open my suitcase I had to put it over the bed, as I didn't had enough space on the floor for it. The room and the en-suite bathroom were clean.

Room Tip: If it bothers you, try to get a decent size room. Mine was really small.

Very well located, close to the bazar and other sites in the old city. Very reasonable price, almost half of other hotels in the area. The service is average, nothing special about the rooms or the breakfast, but it's fine if you are not looking for luxury. The rooftop has a very nice view over the city, check it out.

Niayesh Boutique Hotel is located in a historical and cultural region of Shiraz the city of literature, culture and civilization. The history of this property goes farther than 100 years ago when the literature Association of Shiraz was held there and the first publishing house imprinted the first newspaper in Shiraz. The traditional style of Iranian architecture and carpentry was respected while building this house, the quaint building to which no vehicle can reach from 150 m around it. For this reason, the atmosphere of non-pollution will be a great remedy for minds and takes us back to years ago. Another big plus is the special hushing courtyard of this house which is a discriminate collection of flowers, large trees and colored windows. The pool and fountain amidst it and the red fishes bring a mind-evoking memory of peace. Thanks to Niayesh boutique hotel's special architecture, the need to air-conditioning apparatuses is decreased.
