“Always super food.”
Reviewed June 10, 2014

We have been visiting Cwmdu for a few years now, usually for lunch. Elaine, Lisa, Della etc always make you feel welcome and serve amazing food :) Prices are fair and I have never had a poor meal from there. Parking is available as are toilets. My advice to anyone . . . try their lasagne - you won't be disappointed! ;-)

“Pit stop!”
Reviewed May 9, 2014

We stopped here on the way to our holiday and on the way back. Lovely tea and beautiful Welsh cakes. I can understand how they've won so many Royal Welsh Show awards!

“Good brekkie!”
Reviewed March 9, 2014

Stopped here for a spot of brekkie this morning and have to say it was lovely. The weather was stunning so we sat on the benches out the front and it was great to see all the bikes up close.

Breakfast was of good quality and the normal one was certainly enough for me, the bacon was mahoosive and the egg cooked to perfection for me!

Will certainly be back again.

A smile wouldn't go amiss though....:-)

“One of the best establishments around!”
Reviewed November 11, 2013

We usually visit here once fortnight and I have got to say it's one of the best places to eat around. The food is always perfect and the prices are very reasonable too. The owner, Elaine and her team always strive to offer the best service. Worth a visit! :-)

“stunning breakfast”
Reviewed October 7, 2013

What a lovely spotless immaculate little cafe/tea room, we stopped here 10 days ago for a cooked breakfast, we were provided with a lovely mug of tea whilst waiting for the brekky to be cooked, we had a wait of about 15 minutes but it was well worth it, the breakfast was all freshly cooked and not a bit of grease on the plate, well presented and tasty. I will definately stop here again on my way to Brecon for the full monty. Well done to all the staff a spotless place perfect breakfast 10/10.
