We stayed in 'The Granary' which is a 2 bed barn conversion done to a high standard, very comfortable place to stay with some lovely touches by the owners. The family who live in a separate property on site were very friendly and accommodating.
Located on a working sheep farm there is lots of open space to walk and for the kids to play, they even got to hold some lambs which they loved.
The nearby town of Builth Wells is a short drive away and has some nice pubs serving food and local shops. There are also a good number of other attractions not too far away by car.
We would stay here again.
The Loft, Very nice clean and well presented, this is a modern well equipped barn conversion. we found it to be a quality place in a decent position for Builth Wells and the surrounding area. nice welcome pack on arrival definitely recommend Court Farm nice to wake up to the sound of the sheep a real country feel.

A new property this year, absolutely immaculate and furnished to a very high standard. A very warm welcome. Sited on a real working sheep farm the fields run down to the beautiful River Wye. Within walking distance of a railway station with just 6 quiet trains a day and about one mile from Builth Wells the Loft is also a convenient place for touring by car.

My Husband and I plus our 2yr old Son stayed in the Granary Cottage over Spring bank.
Before we arrived Sharon made the booking process a breeze nothing was too much trouble she assisted us with providing a travel cot and highchair so we saved valuable car space.
Upon arrival we were greeted with a new, clean, tidy spacious and well presented cottage. All facilities worked as expected and the finished was of a good standard, if anything was a miss with no hassle it was there in an instant. Fluffy large towels and a basket of treats welcomed us, the vertical blinds ensured the summer sun didn't wake our little one up too early too.
We visited Powys Castle, Cantref Farm Park, Brecon Steam railway and Aberystwyth, as well as meeting friends who were camping on Forest Fields. It made a good base to explore these places.
Back at Court farm we felt very welcomed as if we were visiting family, their daughters and Shaun took our son out on the tractors and ATV, fed the lambs, he loved it and with that I did more so. I have never felt so welcomed, thank you for making us so at home. One day we came back to a toy tractor for our son to play with that was once their daughters, and with that he could say tractor! clear as day...
One evening we were greeted with a cheeky treat of an ice-cream van - that was nice.
This is a hard place to beat in regards to customer service, this is the first direct of holidays.
We all slept well, even though its a farm its a quiet and a spacious farm.
Thank you for the lovely memories you have given us.

We stayed in The Loft at court farm for the bank holiday Easter weekend and it was amazing! The owners Sharon, Shane and daughters Lauren and Chloe are all so friendly and welcoming.
The Loft is part of brand new barn conversion with The Granary next door.
We arrived late afternoon and were shown around by Shane. We had a basket of goodies for our stay including hot chocolate, tea, coffee, a yummy mini eggs gateaux and a pint of milk in the fridge so we could have a cup of tea on arrival.
There were lovely touches all around The Loft including lovely warm blankets to snuggle with on the sofa and a wine cooler integrated within the kitchen!
Sharon came that evening to check we were ok and whether we needed anything which was very nice.
We were surprised to find the Easter bunny had left an egg on our doorstep which our 5 year old son thought was amazing.
Not only that but Lauren and Chloe took us and our son all around the farm letting our son feed Freddie and Flossy the lambs, walk Daffodil the sheep, hold Clover the rabbit and sit in their tractor and beep the horn! He has not stopped talking about this and will stay with us forever, Thank you girls xxx
The bathroom in the twin room was an excellent idea as our son thought he was very cool having his own bathroom.
The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept like babies.
I can highly recommend Court Farm and we will be telling our friends and family .
We are booking up for the next bank holiday and can't wait.
Thank you so much for such a memorable stay and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
