What a stay. From the moment we arrived, it was fantastic.
Excellent standard facilities finished to a top standard. Everything you could need for a stay, fitted cleverly into the lodge.
Welcome pack with home baked bread was a lovely surprise. Deborah the host was very friendly and helpful with any advice needed. She even helped to lend us a rucksack as we forgot to pack ours.
Our dog loved the pond and also meeting Molly the labrador.
On one day we drove up to the Elan Valley and did a 7 mile walk around the reservoirs and dams. The next day we went to do the four falls trail in brecon which was great.
We ate one night at the Seven Stars just outside Builth Wells which was much recommended, great food and portion sizes.
If you go left out of the drive you will get up to lovely viewing point within the military training area.
As a bonus, loved seeing the red kites flying over the lodge.(Found out there is a local farm nearby which feeds red kites, next time, I would love to visit there)
Would 100% stay here again, a piece of heaven in mid-Wales.
Thank you so much Debbie and David for the most amazing get away. The 5 hour travel there and 7 hour travel home was so so worth it. It's the cutest lodge, with the luxury of the hot tub. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed the pond, we had to fight to keep him out! The lodge is so gorgeous, and every single thing fit so seemlessly together, such a perfect little building. We were welcomed with homemade bread and such a generous hamper, thank you! We can't wait to visit apple tree when it's finished! Well worth the journey, lovely holiday. Thank you
Just a few photos attached of the amazing time we had in Wales

Just Back from a lovely 3 night stay at cherry tree lodge! Words can not describe this stunning lodge, we had such an amazing time and will defiantly be back! The lodge was spotless, quiet and very well maintained! Not a bad word to say. Thank you Debbie for the warm welcome and the stunning hamper! See you soon.
Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The cabin and location were both absolutely stunning. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely hamper waiting for us when we arrived. Everything you need is already there. The owners are lovely and they really go out of their way to make it special for you. The weather wasn't the best when we were there but the hot tub is under cover so it was still lovely. Will definitely be going back, can't recommend it enough. Thanks for a lovely break.
The lodge was superb - clean, great hot tub, picturesque location...couldn't ask for more! We couldn't walk the dogs much as they were oging crazy over the lambs everywhere. But the owner didn't mind us tying them up and letting them run all over the grass. They let us come and go as we please.
