“Lovely as per usual”
Reviewed July 28, 2014

Second visit here and we love it.
The water was definitely colder this year compared to last, but that didn't stop us from going in and staying in until we could barely feel our extremeties.
Just make sure that you have the lung-power to get back up the steps from the beach.

“Mwnt Beach - Body Boarding”
Reviewed July 25, 2014

Mwnt is an Attractive small Sandy Beach with a Small cafe, Toilets & Gift shop owned by the National trust.
There is a lovely little chapel above the beach near the pay and display car park. Steep Cliff walks with Stunning views not for people with vertigo though. The Beach itself is down some winding steps down the cliff to the beach. We enjoyed some body boarding in the sea here. Great Place for families to relax. No Dogs allowed on the beach. You have to Pay for parking unless your a National Trust member. A Narrow road to reach the car park Watch our for tractor drivers!!

“Mwnt beach - Dolphin spotting from land”
Reviewed July 16, 2014

Fab location, pass the church and onto the headland - look out to sea and see if you can spot them! Can do so with your eyes but bring your binoculars too !!!

“Not good for Dogs”
Reviewed July 16, 2014

A superb beach, but am annoyed with National Trust for restricting visits to out of summer season.

We are responsible people who want to enjoy the outside life with our dog but are restricted to going to other beaches in the area that do allow dogs on areas of the beaches.

Surely it wouldn't take much to say dog owners use 1/2 of the beach only.

Toilets open all the time & a small shop selling souveniers.

No parking charge if you are a National Trust Member

“Attractive and quaint”
Reviewed July 14, 2014

Narrow road to reach the car park and many steps down to the beach but worth the effort. Watch our for tractor drivers, they don't like to stop and lack any common courtesy
