We visited here July 2013. Location is great, 30seconds drive from the main street next to the Ferry Terminal, decent car park also.
Price was reasonable, except the extra for a single person, which is unfortunate in the Highlands.
My friends room, had a lovely view over the Loch, while I was content with a look over the car park and the rocks, & hills on the other side. My bedroom was fine, however, the bathroom was a little smelly, perhaps like a wet or damp smell. Hotel was slightly dated also, but, that's no great deal. The Car Park side is also the main road side, and the traffic was starting early so did wake me up, 'rush hour' I guess :) or maybe workmen leaving hotel early and leaving vans idling to warm up.
Breakfast was substantial enough, and relaxed enough. My friends, commented this place had more of the feel of a Hotel than a B&B, which I agree with entirely.
My friends, will review here, with 4 stars but I will give my review 3 stars, due to the smelly bathroom, single supplement, and dated nature.... Not a negative, but neutral review, so average it is.
