My husband and I travelled 20 miles for a midweek lunch at The Beckford Arms and it was well worth it! The building is warm and welcoming and offers a sitting room, dining room or bar in which to eat. There is also seating in the garden - but not in March! The menu is exciting and relys mainly on local produce with the ingredients put together in novel ways. The food is
cooked to perfection and the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. The prices match the standard of food - certainly not excessive.
There are many country pubs in this area but none in my experience match the Beckford! We will continue to make the journey as often as possible.
