Set in a quiet village location that provides a quiet, undisturbed stay. The annex itself is exceptionally well equipped, decorated to a high standard and spotless. A large screen TV with Sky, a Blue Ray player and surround sound, along with free Wi-Fi are provided, and we were greeted with complimentary wine, tea, coffee food and fruit on arrival at no extra cost.
The village pub has a restaurant and is only a 2 minute walk from the annex. Set on the edge of the South Downs with Chichester city centre is only a 10 minute drive and the south coast 20-30 minutes away.
Souters Cottage is an ideal location for couples who need a quiet, relaxed self-catering break. Highly recommended
We had a wonderful 3 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer If there was more than a 5 star we would give it
Everything is provided for a relaxing time and many places to visit nearby .
We had a marvellous two night stay in really luxurious surroundings. Everything possible had been thought about from the tasteful modern decor, soft fluffy towels and quality toiletries, rainwater shower, waterfall tap, fabulous kitchen and locally sourced food for breakfast. Love the underfloor heating! Will definitely be back.
Fabulous annexe, spacious and well kitted out. The welcoming complimentary breakfast provisions are a very classy touch. Ideal for a relaxing cosy winter weekend away. Highly recommended.
Just delightful! A beautiful annex, thank you Penny for providing everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Great location for exploring the area and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

The annexe is a beautiful place finished to incredibly high standards with a bath to die for. Penny has gone above and beyond with the yummy supplies she leaves (local bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, breads, jams, wines and so on).
It's set overlooking a lovely garden where all you really hear are birds and little planes flying by. It's also a 1 minute walk from the local pub, where we ate both nights and enjoyed award winning food and a lovely atmosphere (the royal oak).
Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
This is a really well thought out and provisioned accommodation which goes far beyond offering the essentials of self-catering needs. The annexe itself is beautifully presented and equipped: offering wifi, Sky TV, Blu-Ray and surround sound is a real plus! The food provided for breakfast was wide ranging (cereals, croissants, juice, tea, milk, bacon, sausage, eggs, bread, butter) and the kitchen was also well stocked with day to day "usefuls" like salt and kitchen towels. Bathroom likewise stocked. Coupled with the great location and the friendly but unobtrusive hosting, we can't recommend this highly enough!
