Bright, modern and owned and staffed by young people with a desire to keep their customers happy by presenting traditional Indian dishes which are rich in the taste of herbs and spices used rather than just the heat of chillies. Good, pleasant service and a wide range of freshly prepared dishes. It is easy to return here- to stay, or to take out.

The current owners have been in business for almost two years and have brought an infusion of spices, Indian dishes and thoughtful service to this central part of Church Stretton.
The dining area is small - perhaps only 30 covers - yet there is a licenced bar and decent toilets. The menu is extensive, the Indian chef is good and the restaurant is both welcoming and comfortable.
Some 25 Starters range in price from £2.75 to £4.75 and include Tandoori, Tika, Kufta, Kebab, samosa & Bhaji. A dozen House Specialities range from £6.50 to £8.50, while there are Tandoori main dishes and Traditional Dishes between £6.45 and £8.25. Around 15 Chef''s Recommendations are supported by Biryani, Balti, sundries, breads. and side dishes. Indian lagers are a cool antidote to some of the more spicy dishes.
The Spice Corner runs a popular Take-Away service and they deliver within a 5 mile radius.
We dine here quite often and have never had a disappointing meal. It isn't the cheapest Indian restaurant in the area but it is one of the best and you should enjoy a well cooked, tasty and varied array of dishes in a warm and welcoming little restaurant.
The staff speak fluent English and are happy to advise on dishes.
