We spent a week at Kents farm cottages, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the place was. The kitchen was very well equiped and it was very pleasant to sit at the table and chat while preparing the meals. The building is finished to the highest standard, and the wet room was an excellent idea and would suit abled and disabled people equally. The owner was lovely and very helpful, if you're staying a while you MUST try her free range eggs, yum yum.
The area is very beautiful and we found a lovely walk round in a circle through a couple of small hamlets. Also borrowed her little dinghy and rowed up and down the canal with a picnic, it was beautiful.

Nice place to stay, clean an well furnished. The only minor point there is no Wifi which I think is a must nowadays.
We stayed here last year around this time and it was great, the cottages were perfect for what we were looking for, nice and quiet at night but not to far to travel for excitement during the day! With cleethopes and mablethorpe not too far away, Sandra was a brilliant host and gave great advise on places to visit! I would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay here!!
