Great staff, friendly. Check Inn process was simple. Cleaners were brilliant and helpful. My room kettle was mouldy guess it hadn't been used but the house keeping replaced it immediately with a brand new one. Room was nice and clean, well equipped and very modern ☺️

Good:
Clean room
Comfy bed
Large flat screen tv
Good clothes hanging space
Quiet

Not so good:
Only 1 bath sized towel
No hot chocolate
No decaf tea option

Summary:
Friendly reception staff.
Decent premier inn room (stayed in a few!)
Nice setting with pub/Brewers Fayre opposite if looking to walk out for the evening.

Approx 21 miles to Skegness town centre/ beach.

Only issue was that my sister and partner left the "do not make up my room/40 winks in progress" sign on the door when they went out but the cleaners still went in and made up the room which they expressly did not want! What was the point of the door sign!!

We visit this hotel every year for the last 4. So sad the standards are slipping, cleanliness has gone. The room was so full of cobwebs the bumper cushion on top of the wardrobe was unuseable.
Dont expect the room to be cleaned if you stay more than one night, it won't happen. When you raise the issue, the answer is sorry but cleaners get a Max of 10 minutes per room. Ours got confused and only did 10 seconds. No towels both days. Offer a free breakfast to compensate. Couldn't accept as we had other arrangements. Head office brushed us off.
A company that doesn't care we won't stay at a premier inn again. We advise you to do the same. Appalling.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your room cleanliness, this certainly isn't what we would expect for our guests! Our housekeeping team perform a light clean each day of your stay and a full clean every 3 days. Please be assured we have passed this feedback onto the hotel management team so these issues can be picked up internally to ensure this doesn't happen again moving forwards.

Apologies again for your poor experience on this occasion, I do hope that we can welcome you back soon for a much more enjoyable stay!
