A very pleasant stay.. Our room was running low on a few items and Rachel on the reception was happy to help and nothing was too much trouble.. Would highly recommend as we stayed to break up our journey to Skegness and do so on a regular basis... The rooms are always clean and comfortable beds.. My only complaint would be that with 2 children there wasn't any space between the beds but as our children were young this wasn't a major issue to us.

We stayed here in January '14, and again this weekend while visiting family nearby, and it was as good as before. There's plenty of parking, the staff are unfailingly friendly and efficient, the rooms have all you need (with the most comfortable beds!), and the choice at breakfast is excellent. We can't fault anything about it and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. That says it all!

Room Tip: Our room was on the ground floor at the front and was perfectly quiet.

Upon arrival there was a mix up with our booking as we had requested 3 beds as it was myself, my son and his young daughter but we had a double and a single. The receptionist soon moved us to a quad room and made the extra bed up while we went for a drink.
The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean.
We opted to have breakfast the next day and it was the best decision we could have made. A great price (children eat free) for unlimited food which was hot, and well presented. Plenty of choice and variety for all of us.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout stay. Adjoining restaurant very busy but service was brisk and food good value for money. Disabled room (no. 1) was spacious but for some unknown reason had an uncomfortable 4 ft bed instead of the usual top quality King size bed.
The spacious bathroom lacked the essential walk in shower for disabled guests. A wet room facility would be a huge bonus.

Smooth quick check in. Room 65 - Standard Premier Inn double room. Very comfortable and clean. There is a handy Chef & Brewer (Burton House) next to the hotel for meals and drinks - and it is reasonably priced.

Room Tip: Rooms away from road would be quieter but not sure how they are numbered. Road noise though isn't really intrusive.
