Free entry to this refurbished building, housing a small museum. Interesting stories about immigration to US back to 1600's

Had a short visit as we did not arrive until 3pm and it closed at 3:30pm on a Saturday. However the friendliness and knowledge of the staff made it a very informative visit and the ancient building is fascinating.

A small museum but an excellent introduction to the history of this town. The building itself is historic, and there is an interesting collection of artefacts found on local ‘digs.’ Very helpful staff and free entry! Well worth an hour of your time.

Very historic place whose exhibitions are a must-see for persons interested in the history of the attempts by the Pilgrim Fathers to flee religious persecution in Europe, to the New World, and the subsequent capture and imprisonment of some, in below-street-level cells in Boston. Housed in a building many centuries old, located downtown Boston, which gives Boston, Mass. its name. A short drive from Boston is a hamlet called New York which, if you blink when you're passing through, you will miss.
