“Fabulous stay with beautiful views”
Reviewed September 28, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

I would highly recommend this place. It has been decorated to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you will need. The place is only about a 5 min walk from Nailsworth centre so is very handy should you want to pop out without the car. The retreat even comes with a dishwasher and large shower.. all in all a very comfortable stay. Thanks to Jackie, Andy and Ollie.

“Really lovely accommodation within walking distance of artisan bakery, great pub, interesting shops.”
Reviewed September 1, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Excellent base and very comfortable, attractive accommodation. Nailsworth is great for a getaway with easy access to Ruskin Mill, Prema Arts (Uley), local walks, Hobbs House bakery (Fabulous Baker Brothers) and Britannia Inn. Worked really well as a couple looking for a few lazy days away from it all.

Newly built garage conversion. Beautifully finished and furnished and well equipped. Very friendly welcome from family who own it and live on site.
Quiet road in lovely Cotswold town. Plenty of parking.
We had an enjoyable few days. Ideal for a short break for couple but room for one other.

“A lovely place to hideaway for the weekend”
Reviewed April 28, 2013 for a stay in April 2013

We came up to Nailsworth for our Grandson's christening and needed a place to stay where we could be helpful but not in the way in order to help our daughter with preparations for the christening service and party afterwards. The Retreat was perfect. It is a really comfortable little place which is all brand new and nicely decorated. The property is handy for the town so it was easy to pick up what we needed to feed ourselves. We also had a really nice meal one evening at a restaurant down in the town with the family. The Retreat was so convenient and great value I'm sure we will be using it for future visits to see the family.
