Thank you for your really good review- I know a lot of people look to the reviews when deciding to visit. Although it is now March, we're still having some chilly nights so the log fire is very much a part of our cosy evenings. Sunny days = hot tub and garden, cool evenings = logfire and chat!.
Come again soon.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B for 3 nights as we went to a wedding in the area. Having just returned from a holiday abroad which was lovely, we can honestly say that we had even rather spent our
holiday at this lovely B&B! Such a beautiful, historic house full of character and charm which the owners Irene and Peter have successfully turned into a true luxury B&B experience with lots of attention to detail too long to list here. The owners are clearly talented at knowing what makes the difference between normal and truly outstanding. We felt superbly looked after at all times and are still so grateful that we had the opportunity to get to know this beautiful B&B and it's fantastic owners. We will be back!

wow- another great review-thank you so much.
You were such positive guests- even the dreadful stormy weather didn't dampen the spirits and at least on the wedding day, we had sunshine. it's good to see people enjoying the area- shopping in Saffron Walden and taking a trip to London too - all in easy reach from here. I hope you come back so we can share some more favourite places with you.

This is a beautiful old farmhouse. The hosts Peter and Irene are welcoming and helpful with information on the surrounding area to make this a memorable stay. Great choice for breakfast and served at a time of your choosing. We stayed in July for the Tour de France so the local knowledge of the hosts was very helpful. The garden room is great for privacy. The attention to detail makes this a winner as a location to stay and explore this part of Essex and Cambridge.
Had breakfast by the pool as the weather was fab.

Room tip: Garden room which separate from the farmhouse is great for privacy.

We're so pleased to see how much you enjoyed your stay. The Tour de France was great fun and passed a mile from the door. Your enthusiasm was infectious! Poolside breakfasts are such fun and we love serving them outdoors in the courtyard surrounding the pool. Thanks for staying- do come back again.

We're do I start, well first it needs to be about the people Irene and Peter what fantastic friendly helpful thoughtful, hosts would be the wrong term friends! Yes that sounds right friends we didn't know we knew. The room was just well the room was amazing fresh, large, light and airy.Loads of windows all around the room to help you see the grounds your staying in. The heated pool and soon to be comitioned sauna are just the ticket for warm summer days and relaxing evenings.OR as we found out the most perfect place to have breakfast by.The breakfast is to be eaten with all the love just as it was prepared. We were in the area to see Paul Weller the old man and yes he was great but we've spent more time telling every one about the the farm and it's owners and quite bloody right! Thank you for making our break so remembereal and so any one reading this review don't think we can't afford to stay here...."think we can't afford not to stay here because all other places are just bed and breakfast and this is part of your dream .PS ask about the fairys!

Room tip: Just book as there all good rooms! And promise to live up to all your expectations .

What a review! Thank you for taking the time and trouble- we get most new guests through Trip Advisor, so I know how useful these reviews are. It's very rewarding to see people's faces light up when they come to visit and they see the lovely grounds and beautiful spaces here. We are fortunate to live in such an amazing house and pleased to let others share that with us. I'm glad you enjoyed breakfast too- it's what being away is all about, isn't it.
We are delighted you enjoyed your stay so much - stay longer next time and enjoy the facilities more.

Just stayed one night at Warner's farm and have to say it was a most luxurious stay. Peter and Irene were extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast by the pool in the sun, consisting of home made fruit salad, choice of yoghurts and a full English. I would recommend this to anyone who is staying in the area.

Thank you for your kind comments- we try hard to maintain freshness in the breakfasts and provide variety, so it's rewarding to see that you recognised it. Of course breakfast on the terrace works perfectly when we have such superb weather, but we do have an excellent dining room for times when the weather doesn't co-operate. I hope we see you again.
