“Tranquil, attractive cottage”
Reviewed April 8, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Family of five, with three young children.
We had a great time at Monica and Tony's lovely cottage. It is beautifully designed, rustic and charming. Good location for accessing Lyme Regis, Seaton, Charmouth and Axminster etc. Dorset and Devon are so beautiful.
We really appreciated the welcome from Monica and Tony, lovely cake, wine, cider and Elderflower cordial. We also enjoyed the wood burner for very toasty evenings.

“Unique country dwelling. Clean and comfortable.”
Reviewed June 4, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

A warm welcome awaited us, complete with homemade Swedish apple cake, clotted cream, cider and elderflower cordial. Fantastic! A very nice place; restoration project lovingly completed by this fine couple, Monica and Tony. Local mapped walks, close to beaches - Seaton, Branscombe, Lyme Regis - great area for kids - eg Pecorama which is amazing value! Lovely views, plenty of thatched cottages. River Cottage HQ just down the road, with one of the restaurants in Axminster, just a few miles away. Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge/Wokey Hole within driving distance. Highly recommend!

Lovely converted farm building which manages to be in the middle of the countryside while still close to the Jurassic coast.
Cosy and rustic while still having all the amenities.
