“Cannot Be Faulted”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2013

6 of us ate at the Mill Cafe/Supper Club during an evening in April. The various comments regarding the "warm welcome" were certainly true. It is a relatively small bistro ish type of place but you feel very warm and cosy as soon as you enter. Booking very advisable. I booked a few weeks in advance and just got a table. The menu is fixed but contains interesting fare. The food was prepared with a lot of care which mirrored the service. All excellent I would say.

“Delighted again”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 16, 2013

One of those rare places where you are made to feel welcome even as a single diner....and the food was delicious again. Spicy spaghetti with sardines and capers to die for. Followed by an unusual delectable spinach concoction and a mocca semifreddo that just couldn't be rejected despite being full up. I'll be back....

“Rarified dining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 10, 2013 via mobile

I loved the experience of a supper club. Paul & Antonio opened up especially on Sunday night due to the exceptional demand. Very good food, well cooked and simply presented. Lovely for couples wanting a romantic night out, as well as the families in on the night we were there.

“Lovely setting - lunch time only meals outside”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

Stopped for coffee on hot bank holiday. We were advised we would need to sit inside as meals only for outside tables between 12 & 2.30. Staff were very polite and friendly explaining this and not a problem for us. Plenty of space inside so don't be put off. Would plan to have lunch another time as food looked lovely.

“Enjoyable evening”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 30, 2013

As we have been to Lyme lots of times I checked trip advisor to find somewhere new to eat and found the supper club, we booked as suggested having had a look at the menu on line. I've never had gnocchi before but the carrot gnocchi was superb, very tasty, my husband had the crab and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both enjoyed the baked mackerel and our deserts. There is a lovely ambience about this place, the staff serve and chat to you and we felt our table was ours for the night so enjoyed a couple of bottles of reasonably priced wine. Definitely a place we would return to.
