We spent three nights at Cleveland and we could not have wished for a better place to stay. Easy parking is always a plus and the convenience of designated parking spaces was one reason we chose Cleveland. That said, the B&B itself is absolutely superb. Our room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Tina could not have been a more welcoming and attentive host, offering advice on where to eat out, walks in the area (maps and directions supplied) and, when we returned wet from one such walk, Tina even dried out our walking clothes. We are already planning to return.

Room Tip: All the rooms - including the breakfast - are exemplary.

We read the reviews before booking the Cleveland and we have to say, they really do the place justice. We had a fabulous stay in a beautiful house with very friendly and helpful hosts and a very relaxing stay, which we really needed.
Our room was finished to a standard much better than I've come across in other B&Bs and all in all,we'd a great time and will be back. I think Tina was even behind organising the suprisingly good weather - thanks for that!

Having arrived early morning Mike and Tina kindly let us park outside the B & B to save us having to pay at a car park. Upon entering the house we were met by Tina who showed us around all 3 bedrooms, each had a different decorative them and all were beautifully furnished to a very high standard. We were in room 2 which is around the back of property which suited us just fine.
Breakfast was served from 8.15 am each morning and there was plenty to tempt those of us who don't do the "full English". There were cereals, yoghurt and juices as well as freshly cut melon/grapefruit. My husband also really enjoyed the wide choice of cooked breakfast options offered.
Finally, I would heartily recommend this B&B to friends and colleagues alike. If you want a comfortable weekend away at the seaside in the company of friendly and efficient hosts, then look no further than Cleveland. Jay and Paul

Room Tip: Chose Room1 if you want real luxury and a lovely 6ft bed

We visit Lyme quite frequently and I don’t know how we missed this gem of a bed and breakfast!!! Tina and mike were most welcoming! Room 3 was spotless and very comfortable! This had the most massive bed ever with quality bed linen, a real luxury, the Best night sleep ever!! The breakfast was lovely and filling and you need that to help you walk up and down those hills in Lyme!
It was our 5th wedding anniversary and the bottle of fizz & card that Tina & mike gave us was a lovely touch! So a big Thank you for making our anniversary a great one, we will see you again next year!

We found Cleveland B & B at the last minute on Trip Advisor and spent two very comfortable nights here. It was spotlessly clean with modern decor and we were made to feel very welcome by Tina and Mike. We would have preferred a duvet to a blanket on the bed but apart from that, we found the room very comfortable and quiet. We particularly found the location ideal, only a few minutes walk from the town and sea front. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to return again.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your last minute break at Cleveland after finding us on Trip Advisor.
We take on board your comments regarding the bedding, and whilst we appreciate that many guests personally use a duvet, we are able to take the time to make the beds with percale sheets, blankets, bedspreads, and then dress the beds with throws and cushions. We feel this gives the rooms an enhanced look, and adds to our guests’ initial impressions and overall experience of quality and comfort.
This is an issue we will have to constantly review as we wish to offer what our guests require and expect, and thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback
And we look forward to your return visit to Cleveland and Lyme Regis. Until then. Kind regards, Tina
