Booked for a spa day. First time we got there all the staff had phoned in sick. The second time they had messed up our booking and had us down for too late in the day.
No apology or attempt to address the mistake - every step of the way we were the ones who had to suggest solutions. Spa staff were hanging out in the bar when they said they couldn't rearrange our treatments. Rude and unconcerned with our experience. I understand the facilities are being improved next year, sorely needed but wouldn't compensate for appalling customer service!
