This was our second visit to No.10, so, as owner Karen said, "she must be doing something right". We were there a week, in the Estuary Room, and can vouch for the cleanliness of the establishment, the quality of the breakfasts and the friendliness of our hostess. It's conveniently close to the village centre yet has private parking, both important factors if staying in Padstow. Thanks Karen!

Spent 3 nights at the superb No.10 Treverbyn
Room was spotless, with great views over camel estuary.
Breakfast was faultless with hot and cold choices.
Karen was a wonderful host, sociable without being in your face, and very helpful.
Would recommend to anyone staying in Padstow.

We only stayed two nights at this B&B, but we would highly recommend it. Karen had a warm welcome for us when we arrived. The room had everything we needed plus a fabulous view of the estuary. The place was immaculately clean & the breakfast was first class. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour or Rick Steins Cookery School & Deli Shop. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed with my husband for 3 nights and we had a great time. This guesthouse is absolutely immaculate and our room was gorgeous with a view over the estuary. There is private parking at the back of the house.
Karen was very welcoming and helpful giving us information on places to visit and eat.
There was a good choice for breakfast and it was well cooked.
If we return to Padstow we will probably stay there again as its also a short walk into town.

Room tip: The room at the front has ensuite and a nice view
