“Perhaps should be renamed Padstein.”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

This was our second visit to Padstow to take in the excellent atmosphere of the harbour and bustling town. The harbour has plenty of interesting things to see and do. The town is full of non high street shops which is a pleasure to see. There is a very old bakery serving great home made produce and excellent pasties. Much of the town and harbour appears to be owned by Rick Stein which I expect is a great boost for the trade as all of the establishments are interesting and worthwile especially the fish market. A great place for a day out.

“Padstow Christmas Festival 2012”
Reviewed December 21, 2012

Have made a regular December visit to Padstow over the last few years. Usually very quiet. This year visited on the last day of the Festival - while the weather was not ideal - enjoyed the singing of ' The Fisherman's Friends' at the Quayside stage which was followed by a children's choir then a visit to the Festival marquee with its many food related stalls. Overall a good atmosphere and one of he best events i have attended in recent times

“Padstow Christmas Festival 2012”
Reviewed December 12, 2012

We had a great time in Padstow last weekend: Listened to Kate Adie and the Truro Cathedral choir in the church, cheered on the Santa's during the Santa Run, had a meal at Rojano's sitting outside in the evening(!) and a mulled wine at Bin Two, people watching. What a lovely way to get into the Christmas spirit!

“Great place to relax”
Reviewed December 9, 2012

Padstow harbour is small, quaint and very pretty. A wonderful place to spend the day chilling out enjoying the views. We went at the beginning of March which meant it was nice and quiet but we were still able to sit outside the pub and enjoy the views, had coffee and cake al fresco watching the tide going out and enjoyed a cornish pasty on the quay. There are also some lovely little shops and gallaries.
