“Ideal Location”
Reviewed September 13, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The accommodation was very well presented, clean and spacious. We had a lovely week here and were ideally situated for getting to the beach, local shopping, eating out and the train station. A day trip to Edinburgh for us all cost less than £30 on the train and was much easier than trying to drive in! A lovely holiday, we will be back.

“Ideal - comfortable, well equipped, close to beach and restaurants”
Reviewed July 25, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Just returned from a week in North Berwick and while the weather was variable this was more than compensated for by the excellent accommodation.

The property is ideally located for a quick stroll to the harbour and beaches and is surrounded by an excellent choice of restaurants and shops - North Berwick is a pretty coastal town has a lot to offer and is only half an hour from Edinburgh by train.

The property is well equipped and comfortable. We will likely return.:-)

“Lovely house, great location”
Reviewed October 26, 2014 for a stay in October 2014

Spent a week with family, brilliant central location with lots shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance.
If you like the outdoor life there is plenty to do and would recommend the RIB boat trip to the Bass Rock...fantastic.
Owners were easy to deal with as this was only booked 48 hours prior to trip.

“You can't find a better place than this!”

Central location. Right on High St. No need for a car. We stayed here for a week in October. Three golfers with plenty of room. Inside area to store the clubs. Small outside area, too. The flat had everything we needed, including laundry soap. Comfortable beds and bedding. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Wi-fi! What more could you want. I can't wait to get back to North Berwick for another visit and stay there on High St. Karen had all the answers to my numerous questions. She was very kind and helpful. Thanks Karen. Hope to see you soon.

“Hideaway in Centre of Town”
Reviewed October 2, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

A lovely stay with my father, brother and sister-in-law. The location is just about perfect, with all shops on the doorstep, getting a morning paper of breakfast ingredients (or breakfast if you don't want to cook) is bliss. The beach and harbour are about five-10 mins walk maximum, train station for 40 min. trip to Edinburgh Centre about 10-15mins walk. The twon is perfect get away for a peaceful break, but close enough to be within centre of Edinburgh within 45 mins (trains at least hourly). Accommodation is beautiful, good sized bedrooms, one extremely generous, one ensuite bedroom, nice family bathroom, small but lovely kitchen with nice view of High Street and spacious lounge with views of High Street one end and church yard other. Beds extremely comfortable, and all is very nicely decorated and furnished. There was more than enough space and facilities for our party of four adults. One bedroom is downstairs, the rest of accommodation apart from entrance hall/lobby is on first floor (second floor USA). Nice little courtyard outside at back, with parking space in car park. Front leads directly onto High Street.
We loved our stay and didn't want to leave.....hpe to be back soon.

We had a great time in Scotland and we enjoyed this comfortable apartment very much. Nice rooms in a very good condition. The only thing for improvement: Some special glasses for
drinking whiskey in the equipment ;-)
Thanks Karen and George

“A Lovely Flat in North Berwick”
Reviewed August 25, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

I was lucky enough to stay at this flat last summer and again this summer.

It is well appointed, freshly decorated, and the furnishings are all new.

The beds are comfortable, six people are easily accommodated, and everything, dishwasher etc. works.

The location is perfect, right on the High Street, with the living room looking out on the old churchyard, and up towards Berwick Law.

Steam Punk..great for coffee on their patio..is right next door.

My family have stayed in many flats in North Berwick over the years - 55 High Street is by far the best in every way!

We got wonderful weather too!
