“Probably the best self catering accommodation in Wells”

We have just spent 3 lovely nights in this wonderful holiday rental.
To start, Penny, the owner, had been very friendly in emails and text messages with clear instructions for entry into the property and parking. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, well furnished, spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The views however are amazing, 2 large windows in the living area and in the double bedroom. There is a small table and 2 chairs for the small balcony, ideal for warmer days. There are folders with local places of interest, games for wet days and books and DVD's. Having 2 ensuite bathrooms is a real plus if holidaying with friends. The apartment is in the centre of the small fishing town, only steps from eating establishments. One tip, don't forget your binoculars as we had the pleasure of seeing seals in the quay as the tide came up and watched hundreds of geese land on the marshes. It is the best holiday rental ever and we really did not want to leave.

Stayed here just last week and had a stunning time, the apartment overlooking the quay was perfect, clean and comfortable. With views across the marshes (full of birds) to the sea beyond, we couldn't fault it! Large en-suite rooms of best quality furnishings and everything there to make your stay like home - including wifi and a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. The town was an amazing mix of coastal cottages and grand Georgian architecture (buttlands square), good modern bars and restaurants with delicious offerings - and fish and chip shops too! Must visit Holkham for the impressive estate buildings and nature reserve - Cley, Titchwell, and Blakeney only a stones throw. Very Impressed - will return! Great service also from owner - very friendly and helpful!

“Relaxing, breathtaking and comfortable apartment!”
Reviewed November 21, 2014 for a stay in November 2014

We stayed her from Friday through to Monday and did not want to leave! This is one of the best places we have stayed at in the 20 years we have been weekending. Lovely views of the quayside. Excellent well presented apartment with everything you need, it's like home from home. Layout well planned and easy access for the disabled. The bonus of a wine merchant underneath the apartment in which we visited a few times.
We will definately return and recommend this apartment. Thank you to Penny for all the correspondence and the welcoming red wine, bread and butter.

“Accommodation and location at its best!”

Just had a wonderful week staying here with parents. The1st floor apartment is spacious and very comfortable with all that you need, with convenient lift access. The location is first class so you can just relax and enjoy the ever changing tides and harbour activity. Penny was our contact and very happy to help if necessary. The photos don't do the place justice, it was the best I've stayed in for a long time. Didn't want to leave! Thanks for everything.

“Lovely place to stay in Wells”

The apartment was easy to find from the instructions given and to have undercover parking was a god-send, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. A home from home, everything you could want on a weekend break was on hand. The views and being within easy reach of many places of interest was a plus as was the various restaurants and little shops to browse round. The bottle of wine & little note was a lovely touch to greet us on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
