My daughter and I arrived at Acorn B&B at the end of a day's cycling in Norfolk. We were soaked to the skin and down hearted. Christine's welcome lifted our spirits immediately - wet clothes taken away to dry, cups of tea and cakes, and information about local pubs and restaurants. Christine is a very cheerful lady who obviously likes people. The accommodation has recently been refurbished, and our room was spotless. It will be our first choice if we are passing through kings Lynn again.

Luxury Bed and Breakfast. Friendly service. Fantastic shower. Highly recommended! I was only there for one night, and alone, but would be fantastic for a couple, especially with the use of the conservatory and dining room

My husband and I recently stayed overnight at the Acorn B&B on our way to a cottage rental. What a wonderful find! The owner, Christine, gave us a very warm welcome, and after showing us around was able to provide information about where to eat in the area.

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and very well equipped, plus we had the exclusive use of a dining room and the conservatory - very handy should we have chosen to order food in.

Guests are to asked to choose their breakfast ahead of time from an extensive list of options. We both chose to have the full English breakfast, which also included several additional items not listed on the menu. It was beautifully cooked and presented - a real treat!

The only negative comment I would have is that the beds, although extremely comfortable, are extremely high and could present a problem for some.

This B&B, while not actually in Kings Lynn, is close by and very handy for exploring this lovely town and the surrounding area.

We stayed in late December and were charged 76 pounds - while more expensive than some other B&B establishments in the area we felt that we got great value for money considering the comfort level and the incredible breakfast.

The Acorn is a retirement venture for the owner and there is no doubt that it will be extremely successful based on our experience and from the comments that previous guests had made.
