Best Western Plus Kings Lynn Knights Hill Hotel & Spa
Ranked #3 of 15 Hotels in King's Lynn
Certificate of Excellence

This is a really freindly nice little hotel that because of its unusual design, feels more like a village. It's nicely located for exploring the noth Norfolk coast being a few miles outside Kings Lynn.
The staff are warm & helpful.
The rooms (or ours was) clean & spacious.
The breakfast is excellent and there is lots of it !
The only slight downside was the resturant. Over priced and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Having said that the staff where very aplogetic.
All in all recomended.

Just returned from a 2 day Leisure break, the best hotel and value for money we have had for along time. It is lovely, upgraded to a executive room with a patio and onto the garden, lovely huge room and peaceful setting. Dined in the Garden restaurant each night as the package gave £27.50 each towards the meal, faultless, cooked perfectly and served by lovely helpful friendly staff, I found all the staff here to be of a friendly disposition, a nice change. It is not often we find this standard in Hotels and was very impressed. Would have every confidence in recommending this hotel, only one draw back no Footie on TV in Farmers Arms bar, shame as it to is a lovely pub with good staff.

We moved on to their sister Hotel in Hunstanton after, not a patch on this one.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and it has never let us down. Staff are very friendly and efficient, food in the Garden Restaurant is of a high standard and very reasonably priced overall. Very good choice at breakfast too. The rooms can vary considerably but ask for one of their new rooms that have balconies at first floor level or patios opening to the garden on the ground floor. The ground floor rooms are slightly larger. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. If we were to offer any criticism it would be the road fairly close to the hotel that is quite noisy but only during the day and the 'high speed internet' is not quite as high speed as we would have liked! But, one can live with that!!!

Well placed for exploring Sandringham House and the North Norfolk coast.

Booked a two night week end break at the last minute through Superbreak, as it was cheaper than booking direct. Hotel is situated on a very busy road extremely close to Sandringham and 17 miles from Hunstanton. Plenty of free car parking. We were upgraded to a executive room which was very spacious, had quality furnishings and overlooked the gardens. Plenty of hot beverages on the hospitality tray. The leisure facilities are excellent. Warm pool (towels provided) and gym, together with two tennis courts. The hotel also has it's own pub on site. The busy road did not disturb us. Breakfast was buffet and of satisfactory standard. The dining room is charming and overlooks the garden. The evening meal was reasonably priced and of adequate standard. Service was good. This was our first time at a Best Western and I would recommend this hotel. On check out there was an error on our bill which was sorted out instantly by the efficient receptionist.

I stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of July . Room had two double beds and a balcony overlooking courtyard. The bathroom wasnt large but was very clean. The swimming pool spa complex was lovely and treatment prices were reasonable but was well booked up in advance. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in restaurant - had pub meal first night which was average. Pub on site has karaoke/music some Friday nights. Only criticism was our room was very warm at night and we had no a/c. We did ask for a fan and this was provided. A good base for exploring Kings Lynn / Hunstanton area. Will be returning in September

Stayed here for just over a week with business would have stayed longer if they had vacancy. Room was good sized, clean and warm and location was good for routes in and out of King's Lynn and for anybody who may want to visit nearby Sandringham or Walsingham. Hotel has good facilities such as conference centre, free Internet connection, spa and pool and the setting in rural former agricultural buildings is very relaxing and both gardens and buildings are well maintained. The Farmers' Arms, a pub that is part of the hotel complex offers quality ales and good value bar meals although they tend to be a bit hit and miss and sometimes the place gets very busy and tables difficult to find. The hotel itself offers a Table d'hôte menu which is fantastic quality and value for money and should not be missed during any visit. All in all a good hotel in a good location with good food available, can't fault it.
