What a find !
The website bigged it up , and it lived up to the expectation. The rooms were massive and well appointed with furniture. The double bed must have been in excess of 7 feet wide .Plenty of goodies in the bathroom. However the food in the hotel restaurant was quite simply exquisite.
It was up there with the best food I have had in any restaurant home or abroad .......and I have eaten in many.
As I sit here typing I am drooling. We will go back , if only to sample more food.
Keep it up.

Having stayed here before for one night in the summer we returned and had a very enjoyable three night stay over Christmas. We had an excellent and spacious ground floor room, which was both clean and tidy overlooking the lawns which was very pleasant. A nice surprise was a welcoming hamper, which we greatly appreciated and have since enjoyed. We found all the staff to be very friendly, cheerful and polite throughout our stay. The food was generally very good but there was one evening buffet that was lack lustre with poor choice but this may be because we arrived after the 7 o'clock start! We had one meal in The Farmers' Arms and this was not very enjoyable with only average food but it was on Boxing Day and therefore very busy.

Unfortunately, due to the early closing of spa facilities over this period we did not use them as were 'out and about' and they were closed when we got back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but we felt for us that the overall atmosphere was a little ‘flat’ on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as we had expected a couple of activities or evening entertainment to enhance the festive spirit.

Hopefully we will be back in the summer.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean - okay not the most modern fittings and decor being lots of chunky pine furniture; but you had all you needed with well stocked hospitality tray and bathroom amenities. Whilst lots of noise as people got to their rooms early evening, once night time fell it was peaceful and quiet (so much so I was careful not to activate the bathroom light when I went for a wee at 2.00am!) as typical buisness clientele we dined in the restaurant and - as food cosultants - were VERY pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food - truly exceptionl (such a shame the restaurant itself is bland 'hotel style' with low lighting and nondesript decor) - nevertheless, the waiting staff though young were very good and we had a great meal - well done to all! I had to leave early so didn't have the breakfast but my colleagues said it was equally good.

If I'm in the area business wise, this would definitely be my first choice - really does excel as a stay for work

Located next to the main road this hotel is easy to find and easy to park. Went for a quiet room at the back. General place with swimming pool and restaurant.

Best is the location which is near to several attractions: e.g. Sandringham, Hunstanton, Houghton Hall all of which are within 30 minute drive at the most.

Excellent breakfast in the restaurant : wish had gone their for dinner rather than the attached pub associated with the hotel which, on this occasion, was not very good. Cold, barely adequate food, cannot recommend this.

Room Tip: Room at the back for a quitter location

Had a relaxing two night leisure break to celebrate a wedding anniversary. This is actually the third time I have stayed at the hotel and it did not disappoint. As always the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and warm, with everything you could wish for. The on site Millers Arms pub has a very nice atmosphere and excellent choice of food and beers. The leisure break rate included breakfast and dinner, which unfortunately we could not do justice to on our first night as we had eaten lunch, but the food was fantastic. We did better on our second night, managing to eat three courses. There is a very good choice and everything we tried was excellent. There is also a good range of wines at reasonable prices. Good location just outside Kings Lynn, very close to Sandringham and the North Norfolk coast, where we enjoyed a lovely walk to burn off some of the calories from a fantastic full English breakfast. I have already previously recommended this Hotel to friends and family, who have also enjoyed their stays, and will have no hesitation in recommending it again.

27th December 2013 - our perfect wedding made wonderful by all involved. We can't thank you enough, outstanding service, helpful (always with a smile), ensured all ran smoothly and comforted me through a few little testing moments!!! THANK YOU ALL.
Ourselves and family members experienced a 2 night stay during the wedding and this was also perfect, hotel is welcoming, clean and rooms are outstanding, breakfast was first class all this combined with such great staff who clearly enjoy working here, the smiles and personalities say it all. Keep doing what you do, us and our families found all about the hotel faultless. So glad we picked Knights Hill Hotel for our wedding and although only 2 minutes down the road from us we will be ensuring we return for another stay. Again THANK YOU everyone involved.
