Stunning location with views over the marshes from the bar and some bedrooms, lovely outdoor areas (picnic benches on the lawn at the front overlooking marshes, flint-walled courtyard with fountain, and other gardens), good food, helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

This is a traditional hotel, not like the many gastro-pubs/hotels in the area. And its values are more traditional: very dog friendly (welcome to sit with you if eating in bar, including breakfasting in the bar), helpful and accommodating staff with small queries we had. The 3 course menu is very reasonably priced at £21.95 including coffee, included in the DB&B stay.

It is 15-20 years since we last stayed, and it certainly won't be that long before we return again!

Stopped here for lunch today. Ordered a ham salad and a chèese salad.
Salads were ok but for over £10 each thought they were expensive for what we had.
Slice of ham cut into pieces and grated cheese for the salad. Both came with a slice of buttered bread. Very old fashioned and disappointing for the money. Shame as the surroundings were really nice.

After booking into our B&B we drove to Blakeney and went for a walk along the quay. We came to the Manor Hotel and walked in. We were made very welcome and found a table by an open window looking out towards the sea. Our meal was served quite quickly and was very tasty .Prices were very reasonable.

Arrived in Blakeney after rejecting a hotel in stalham that we had booked. Lucky for us the Manor Hotel had a room free. Great position on the estuary front. Large very clean confatable rooms. Staff extremely friendly would stay again anytime. Only downside is the restaurant food both for dinner and breakfast needs updating, guys get your heads together and come up with some ideas for the evening and improve the breakfast buffet and cooked breakfast. But as stated would go again
