Spent the day at the spa, had a facial, hot stone massage, lunch and cocktails. This place is beautiful, the treatments are amazing! The staff are extremely professional and great at what they do. Highly recommend a visit

My Husband & I went for afternoon Tea with Champagne. We were welcomed at the Reception with smiling faces and very friendly staff. They showed us to the Bar while we waited for a waiter to show us to our table in the newly refurbished Restaurant, The Décor is lovely. We decided to have our glass of Champagne at the end of our tea. I had Blackcurrant Tea & my Husband had Earl Gray Tea The Waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was just right for us. He even went and got my Husband a stronger pot of tea. The sandwiches, scones with butter & jam and the cakes were to die for. The Champagne topped the afternoon off nicely. Would love to go back in the future.

This is for the serenity spa only. Went here with my mam for a spa afternoon we arrived late due to an accident on the roads and when we got there the staff couldn't have been more polite.they even pushed back our lunch so we could have an extra hour in the spa. Every member of staff was very polite and professional and the food in the ozone restaurant was amazing will definitely return.

The quality of the facilities, housekeeping and food was to the very highest standard. We thoroughly enjoyed being spoilt. The team of staff all did everything they could to make our staff enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at seaham hall for valentines day and for my birthday this time. Valentines day we were promised rose petals on the bed and they weren't there. And this time a glass of champagne on arrival as it was my birthday, again, not received. Overall service was good though

My husband and I stayed at Seaham Hall at the weekend, I opted for the lazy Sunday deal where you get your stay, breakfast and use of the spa for the next day until 5pm. From making the reservation on the phone through Robin to each member of staff across our visit everyone was so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Being a younger couple we have found some quality hotels to be a little cold in their approach and a bit snobby but this was not the case here at all, the balance between being professional and personable is met with perfection by the employees here.
We stayed in the garden suite room which was just beautiful, the bathroom was fantastic complete with roll top bath and it had the most comfortable bed ever! Breakfast was top class and delicious. We spent the day using the pool, hot tubs, ice bath and sauna which was soooo relaxing! I have never been to a spa day before and I enjoyed it so much that im going back for a body wrap treatment on Friday and I cant wait! If you want some luxury time out I couldn't recommend this more. Keep up the good work Seaham hall!

Room Tip: Garden rooms have their own outside areas which are perfect for hot sunny days, totally recommended.

Seaham Hall & Serenity Spa had been recommended to us by a number of friends. We decided to use our 25th wedding anniversary as an excuse to finally see what all the fuss was about.

I can only say that our stay exceeded expectations and definitely made it an anniversary to remember.

Our room was fabulous, large, luxurious and tastefully decorated. In fact the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well decorated, (we saw no evidence of the work underway to refurbish one of the restaurants).

The spa was very well equipped, a great place to lose track of time. We found the experience enjoyable and very relaxing, but perhaps a little less of the background music would help even more.

Our evening meals in the Ozone restaurant were just about perfect – great, well presented food and a very relaxed atmosphere. After our meals we found that the hotel bar was a great place to end the evening in style.

Breakfast was very leisurely, just as it should, with plenty of options and good quality food.

During our stay we found all of the staff to be cheerful, helpful and friendly. It would be nice if some other hotels placed such emphasis on the quality of staffing.

Yes, 5 star quality may not come cheap, but this was without doubt 5 stars all the way.

Unfortunately, we now have to think of a suitable excuse to plan another visit.

Such a level of luxury, relaxation, pampering and over-indulgence can become habit forming!
