“One excellent meal and one terrible one!”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

We thought we had struck gold with this restaurant so close to the sea. Setting was perfect and we had a delicious meal with Sole Meuniere and one Grilled Sole. Very good and reasonable white wine to accompany so we determined to return. What a shame as the next meal was terrible. Grilled Salmon that was cooked for so long it was dry as a bone and practically inedible. The mixed grilled fish turned out to be mostly squid and was not at all pleasant. What a different experience. We didn't try a third time. If you're lucky you'll get a good meal and if not.......

“always worth a visit”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

We always come here once over Xmas/New Year
Lovely position overlooking quiet bay - ask for table on upstairs terrace.
Fish soup and Paella are both to die for!
Must book.

“Nice restaurant - excellent view”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

The view from the top terrace is just fantastic. It overlooks the bay of La Caleta. The food was ok. We ate a paella de mariscos but even though we ordered for 2 people, it was not enough and they probably counted the number of shellfish as everything came in twofold. But again the view makes up for the food.

“Highlight”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

The one place we actually enjoyed eating at. This place actually cares what it puts in front of its customers unlike the majority of the other restuarants. I haven't eathen such slop since my last trip to America however this restaurant is a cut above all the others.

“A very welcoming experience.”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

It's one of these restaurants you won't be able to easily find, as it's not located close to all the most popular places. A 15 min drive up north from Playa de Las Americas, then a short walk along the beautiful coast line and you're in beautiful spot, which specialises in local sea food.

Food was great, really nice and well recommended king prawns, grilled salmon and sole fillet. They also have their local slightly twisted version of tapas, targeted at sea food lovers. Portions were generous as well, and that combined with a really great taste was excellent.

Staff was very helpful, they speak basic english and the menu is available in a handful of languages, so don't worry about being stuck in a Spanish-only a la carte. They even cared to get a warm blanket for my girlfriend, as we were dining quite late and and the breeze was chilly.
