Service was poor and on several occasions they did not do what they had promised to do in advance. Staff did drugs and were on multiple occasions drive us around while intoxicated. Staff member Martin was very bad tempered and almost got in a fight with one of the guests when he was drunk, very unprofessional. They did not want to do surf lessons unless there were 4 or more people who wanted to learn surfing. Meals were small, expensive and boring compared to what you pay for a meal at the local Cafeteria Marazul down the road. Toilet paper was empty half of the time.
