We stayed in room Assilem. It is on the first floor of the building.
The room is very very nice. When you enter there is a sitting area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Going up the stairs (on the entresol) is a bedroom and an entrance to the roof terrace.
Unfortunately this terrace is in the shade all day since it is located on the north side of the building and surrounded by other buildings. there are two deckchairs there, but we never used them. This should have been more clear in the roomdescription.
Fortunately there is a rather large balcony on the front of the building which is in the sun most of the day. We would have preferred a couple of comfortable chairs for this balcony.
The room was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of nice touches like towels with the logo. The kitchen was basic but it had everything you would need (we only used it for making tea and breakfast).
The room was cleaned every day.
The manager Mercedes is a very friendly woman who speaks good English.
The building is on a little plaza with some bars/restaurants which makes it lively but when you closed the balcony doors you could hardly hear anything inside.
I would definitely recommend La Casa de la Favorita.
