just a lovely area , beach, shops, bars and restaurants, great views and lots of villas hugging the hillside, seems quite a new area

Lovely beach, sea always near, lots of good restaurants from traditional paella cooked on the beach to a good Belgian restaurant.

Good big beach with plenty of sun beds, etc. Good selection of restaurants on beach front, especially Bakers bar

Personally, i think this is the best beach in Nerja. Its got all the amenities right there, so no long walk anywhere & you have the sun all day..The sun beds are fairly priced at 4 euros a day & most of them stay open until the sun sets...in sept it went down about 7 30..ish...the beach is clean, not as stoney as the other beaches..The only down side is the constant 'massageee' every 5 minutes...i got fed up saying 'no thankyou'....The shops are slightly more expensive too, but then, Burriana itself is more expensive than the other end i have found..

We had heard glowing reports about this area of Nerja, but it seems to be lacking something, there is still plenty of choices for meals, and drinks, but no entertainment on the evenings we ventured down.
