What can I say. The bosses parents have been going for some years, and I have joined them for two. Rafa, the owner, remembers us every year, and it really makes the visit worthwhile, especially when he calls her dad "la Capitalista" as he is the one who pays at the bar, (even though we pay him.)
The tapas is rustic, and some nights you can smell the cheese as you walk in! The Tinto is good value, and the travelling musicians always seem to end their travels there, they are amazing. Some nights they have the most wonderful guitarist with them, when he is not there, they may take the singer, what a voice he has.
A cheap, entertaining night is assured.
