Been staying here since September 2013 , so this is now our 4th Stay , communication was very good via trip advisor online, Nina did not meet us this year, however it enabled us to get straight in and enjoy the welcome drinks and fruit, Oranges in Spain so nice. She has added new things again Fridge freezer/Safe / washer , and wifi was great never cut off once. Location is spot on for our needs, always find something new to us , if it is bars or eating places , Keep up the good work
This is my second time of staying at this property and it was just as fab as last years stay. Everything you need and great views. Straight across from the beach. Great supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. 15 to 20 minutes to the centre but lots of bars and restaurants on the way. Safe included in the room and airconditioning.
No problems and will be back. Thank you Antonia
We have stayed in Los Boliches for many years but this time was the first staying at the Stella and we were so glad we found this absolute gem.
The owner Nina and her grandson are wonderful. Excellent communication from start to finish. They met us in reception after a late flight and helped us with our luggage. Nina even left welcome drinks and fruit in the fridge which was a lovely touch.
The apartment is on the 14th floor and the view is out of this world. There was nothing better than sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. You simply can't get bored of the view.
It's a compact apartment but perfect for two people with everything you could need during your stay.
Beds are super comfortable, two singles but owner put them together for us on arrival.
Bathroom is nice and modern with a bath and shower. There is also a washing machine which was really handy during our two week stay.
We spent a lot of time at the pool which you have to enter via a door from the front of the building. We were at first a bit worried as it looked on the small side considering it caters for so many apartments but it was wonderful. Pool opens at 10am, there are around 20 sunbeds so you do have to get their on time to secure one. Otherwise it quietens down around 1pm.
There is also a bar at the pool which was fantastic for grabbing drinks and snacks.
Staff at the Stella are the cream if the crop. Nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to the guy on reception. Unfortunately can't recall his name but he was excellent.
Loved staying here so much that I didn't want to tell too many people as it's truly a gem. But if you are looking for somewhere for value for money, with the best views and location in Fuengirola then this is your place.
It was most certainly the best holiday we have had.
well located fuengirola centre on right los boliches on left, very clean and well equiped.good views over harbour would use again
owner very unresponsive ,not replying to messages, had no wifi for 2 days ,balcony flooded for two days ,washing machine, not spinning clothes, juicer broke replaced with a filthy one ,when finally get response from owner, and she arrives at apt to advise that she does not speak english,no safe during our stay as was broken ,would not recommend this apt,
We were given this apartment due to the one we booked had had been flooded. After a bit of a bad reception we were shown the apartment, it smelled of tobacco smoke and drains . We thought it only needed airing out . We slept with all the windows open every night . The last night we had a guest stay, she slept on the sofa bed and was bitten several times she said the place was unexceptable and we should have complained. I couldn't recommend this hotel , if they can't get it right first time it's not worth thinking about. I've already written out one of these reviews and not seen it on the TripAdvisor sight, so I probably won't be using the TripAdvisor site also
