My wife and I visited this restaurant in the dead of winter (19th January) Most restaurants had closed and we were attracted to this restaurant due to its apparently varied menu on display. We variously ordered the battered prawns, garlic and cheese bread for starters. I had the chicken breast and two of the other had the breaded pork fillet in bolognese sauce. The set menu, which was €8.50 also included either coffee or dessert. Bottle of house red was €8.50.
The food was all freshly cooked and was of a quality that belied its price. Service was good and the toilets were quite clean.
For the price it was good value.
