The views over the olive groves with a spectacular sunset made this stay memorable. The service in the hotel was a bit rusty. For example, we asked for the wall safe to be opened, but they just forgot. Also we came down for breakfast early enough, but they informed us that breakfast was finished.

If you need to get laundry done in this hotel be careful to check the prices. We had two bags done and it came to $100.

If you go right up to the roof there's a pleasant patio lounging area, but being so high it was too windy when we stayed there. Otherwise there's plenty of parking, and beautiful Baeza is a short walk up the hill, so for that this place is a good option.

During our recent driving holiday through Spain, we had booked a night's stay at Campos de Baeza. We were told that the room had a nice view towards olive farms. The only room available, on the third floor, had a view of the sky (the viewing terrace was up a flight of stairs from the room and you had to climb up to see anything).

That said, it is a nice clean hotel with an easy access to the highway.

Room Tip: Don't take the third floor!

The Hotel was on the outskirts of Baeza - just a few minutes drive to the historic centre of this UNESCO World Heritage site. There was a free underground car park. The reception area was very impressive and our room was of a good size with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Wifi was advertised as available in the room but the signal was not strong enough. There was a roof terrace bar, but because of the time of year this was not open. It looked as if it would have been a lovely area to sit in the summer! The breakfast was adequate, although no hot food was available. The staff were friendly.

We were visiting the Campos de Baeza hotel off season and the hotel was empty, we could see on the counter at reception that they had four rooms occupied the night we were there. The hotel is situated at walking distance from city centre Baeza, but Baeza isn't that big, so I guess most hotels are at walking distance.
The breakfast was not amazing, but ok for our needs.
The rooms were relatively big and quite ok, with spacious bathroom.
The rooftop terrace, pool and cocktail bar were closed.
All considered, I would not recommend people going here if off season (stay in Cordoba or Granada, but stay away from the ghost towns). I wouldn't know about the high season, as the rooftop terrace could be quite impressive with amazing views.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. This hotel is not worth 4 stars so don't be fooled by it. It must have been a grand hotel 10 years ago, but has lost all its shine. The rooms were ok, nice view and the bathrooms spacious but the breakfast!!!!! It was horrible. Food can be simple but there is no excuse for dirty dishes. The coffee cans were so filthy and there display refrigerator was awful. The first day the juice were sour and the second day the tomato spread for the bread. I had to go and look for the receptionist to check out, there was no one at reception for at least 10 min. Then the credit card machine did not work.
Do not bother to go to the once beautiful terrace on top of the hotel, there is nothing going on and the pool was dirty.
Avoid this establishment. Not worth it.
