We have spent 4 nights in beg of July at Quinta das Rosas. We have read amazing reviews before booking and all of them looked to good to be true, therefore we were not sure what to expect.
After staying in this B&B I have no choice, but to be "boring" and simply join the gang of praisers and give nothing less than top rating.
You can read all correct reviews about fantastic owners, family welcome, very well maintained Quinta, great views from room, breakfast tailored to your needs, etc....
I will not repeat them, just say, that if you spotted this location, just go there and don't waste time searching further.
PLEASE TAKE owners' advice on the restaurants and things to-do. Those are on the spot !
Best regards to owners from couple from LT(CZ) and see you in the future !!!

Stayed here for two nights and everything was possible! Travelled all over the world and stayed in many B&B. Here you feel at home in a second. Owners will do everything to make your stay the best to remember. They know alot of people in town so you will be welcome everywhere you go on their advise.
Hope to be back soon!

On vacation in Portugal without a rental car, we needed a beachfront accommodation in the center of the town of Nazare. The Quinta is outside of town, but the family own rental apartments directly on the beach in the dead center of the beach esplanade. The owners were marvelous, brought us to the apartment, advised us to eat at one of the best restaurants of our trip (A Tasquinha), and pointed us to everything we needed around town. This is a few blocks from the bus stop in Nazare, as well as the public library, which has free internet, and the daily farmers' market where you can procure fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats and breads for your stay. The convenience, the view, the price--everything was perfect! We will definitely come and stay here again.

We fell in love with Anna even before we left home. Via e-mail, she made all of our restaurant reservations and helped us with our travel planning. The driving directions were excellent and our arrival was noted by her chickens and peacocks! We were fortunate to get a balcony room with a view overlooking the city and beach well below us as well as the majesty of the Atlantic Ocean.

The breakfast was incredible and incorporated fresh eggs from the chickens and fruit from the garden. The rooms are actually part of her house, built on this beautiful spot by her father and her husband. About eight years ago she opened up her house to guests – many of whom have fallen in love with the place and have purchased property nearby. She and her husband converted her kitchen into the breakfast area and reception which had a fire in the fireplace to greet us.

They strive to please and we hated to leave – but we now have a very special place to look forward to returning to in the future.

When you first enter the garden it is amazing with capital A. Then you meet Canadian Anna and her husband. Anna is lovely and wiil do everything in her power to make your stay an 5* hotel experience while you pay a excellent B&B price. We were upgraded twice and experienced 3 types of rooms. The most simple one is a fine option but if you have the choice either go for the one with garden view (this also has a great hammock) or the ocean view which is simply stunning. Little attentions like everyday a fresh bottle of water in the bathroom made it extra good. The quality of breakfast is very good with fresh fruit, eggs and cereals and they play different music every day during breakfast. We found it very funny and relaxing; from classic to Portuguese Fado.
