We had our wedding at the abbey court in late August and I cannot fault anything about the service, food, presentation and venue. The attention to detail was exceptional, everything I wanted and more was executed perfectly and with a smile. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful especially Imelda, Ray and Eileen, they put me at ease every step of the way and the day ran faultlessly. The hotel were very accommodating to people's needs even at short notice(a few late check outs!) and really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. the food was delicious and from feedback we have got from our guests everyone else was happy with it too, the rooms were clean and comfortable(the bridal suite is amazing!). I didn't get to use the pool but I heard it was lovely.
There is just a lovely atmosphere in the hotel, its warm and cosy and the gardens are beautiful-every time I've visited over the last few months I've always felt welcome and relaxed. I will definetly stay here again, or visit for dinner(pork rolls and chocolate lava cake) and will not hesitate in recommending it to friends. If I could change one thing I'd have a residents bar in the bar but I don't think this would have improved anything about our day- it was perfect. Thank you Abbey Court:)
