Leaving the entertainment aspect aside since what you may enjoy is a subjective, the WAC as it is inown is a great venue. Weather the event is in the main theatre or in the more intimate Starlight theatre. Parking is a sketchy topic depending on wheather there is some other event going on. Best advise is to get there at least thirty minutes early.

“A Broadway experience in the Ozarks,....”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

I've purchased the Broadway subscription for a couple years now and it is the best entertainment $$ I can think of spending.

“Walton Arts Center for all things cultural in NWA.”
Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

We love this place. We live here in NWA, quaint college town of about 70k. We see at least 6 events/year here. Best of broadway. We've seen "In the Heights, Ave Q, the Color Purple" etc. we've also seen jazz groups including Marsalis, we've heard authors Elie Weisel and David Sedaris. Other fun times were annual Wine Event in June, the game show, the price is right, and the sophisticated TEDx series. Our children go about as often with school trips as their youth programming is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby like Theo's, Bordino's, Emelia's, the wine cellar which are great pre- or post- event meals. Upcoming events include Jersey Boys, Aaron Neville

“Small venue but great acts”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

You will be impressed with the quality of the performances and viewing pleasure. This Art Center may be in a smallish town but it attracts some very high quality performances for national tours. There are also some very good local productions including a symphony orchestra that has really matured under a young and bright conductor. The main seating is rather small but that means you are not far from the stage. The balcony is great for most performances with clear views. No obstructions. Easy in and easy out. The staff are all very friendly. Be sure to plan for a meal on Dickson Street before or after the performance. Consider using valet parking at Bordinos or some of the other locations. Parking can be a problem because it is all pay parking now, but $5 will cover the evening. $10 and you have valet parking at the restaurants.

Walton Arts Center performed admirably during a recent trip to Fayetteville to see the National Tour of WarHorse.
